Job Summary

As a Sr. Executive Assistant, you will support the Chief Revenue, Strategic Operations, and Marketing Officers. Must Have
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Plan, organize, and execute projects and special events.
- Prepare and collect materials for executive presentations and meetings, and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and maintain up-to-date organization charts and staffing information.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and contact matrices, and provide back-up support for other executive administrative staff as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, vendor and customer reviews, and ensure adherence to Gigamon’s corporate policies and guidelines.
- Oversee general office duties, including office supply management and equipment maintenance.
- Demonstrated advanced experience supporting senior and/or executive leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex schedules with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience managing HR-related processes and a demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new office technologies.

As an Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Strategic Operations Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and facilitate high-level meetings and events. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate and address the needs of senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you’ll do

- Prepare and collect materials for executive presentations and meetings, and document meeting minutes and action items.
