- Track record of creating compelling marketing content and enabling sales or channel teams
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and content development

As a Solutions Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Gigamon’s product capabilities to real-world customer challenges. You will join a high-performing Product Marketing team, collaborating closely with sales, product, and channel partners to develop compelling solutions-based content and messaging. Your work will directly influence how customers and partners understand and adopt Gigamon’s offerings, driving business outcomes and market success.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute solutions-based content and messaging that clearly articulate the business value of Gigamon’s products to target customers and industries.
- Enable sales teams and channel partners with effective tools, stories, and training to support successful customer engagements.
- Create a variety of content formats, including solutions briefs, sales stories, blogs, and video presentations, tailored to different personas and industries.
- Leverage AI tools for research and content creation to enhance the effectiveness and reach of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of messaging and drive adoption of Gigamon solutions in the market.
What you’ve done:
- Earned a degree in Computing, IT, or a related technical field.
- Accumulated 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in product marketing or a customer-facing role within security, networking, or IT operations.
- Demonstrated the ability to convey complex technical concepts and business benefits in live, written, and video formats.
- Built a track record of creating compelling marketing content and enabling sales or channel teams.
- Gained familiarity with AI tools for research and content development.

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role, based at Gigamon's Santa Clara, CA, Headquarters office, is $136,000 to $170,000, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to the terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices
