Junior Methods and Processes Analyst

Main responsibilities of the position:

• Prepare preliminary budgets for new products, estimating manufacturing times and identifying necessary devices and tools to produce the product so that its cost can be calculated by the cost department.
• Prepare a list of parts and operations for products, indicating the operations of the product's production process and their respective times so that its cost can be calculated by the cost department;
• Implement product and process modifications to meet customer requests;
• Active participation in FMEAs of product, process, tooling, molds, and packaging;
• Conduct Ergonomics studies in all process developments;

To fill this position, you need to have:

• Completed higher education;
• Intermediate English
• Experience within the industry;
• Knowledge of Office/Google Suite.
