We are looking for a Junior Microprocessor Systems Developer who is passionate about microelectronics development. In this role, you will translate client needs into technical solutions, design system improvements, and define new solutions for future rail transport.
Must Have
- Analyze system requirements, define and manage system architecture for railway systems.
- Coordinate the system, ensure the creation of technical documentation including system specifications and architecture.
- Break down complex development challenges into specific system requirements.
- Control compliance with standards and processes when fulfilling customer requirements.
- Have an overview of microprocessor systems and communication interfaces.
- Understand object-oriented programming principles.
- Embedded C++ at the level of code understanding and ability to specify requirements for software engineers.
- Experience with GIT (or other version control system).
- Ability to create structured and clear documentation.
- English language - Intermediate (B2).
- Professional competence in accordance with decree 508/2009 Coll. (min. §21).

Job Description and Responsibilities
Are you interested in development in the field of microelectronics and want to develop and grow in this area? Supplement your knowledge with our experience and join us as a Junior System Engineer!
In this position, you will be the one who translates client needs and expectations into technical solutions and product specifications. You will gradually become a designer and architect of improvements to our systems as well as new solutions that our development brings for the future of rail transport.
What will be your task?
- Analyze system requirements, define and manage system architecture for railway systems.
- Coordinate the system, ensure the creation of technical documentation including system specifications and architecture.
- You will break down complex development challenges into specific system requirements and define them in a way that is understandable for further development phases.
- Your responsibility will also be to control compliance with standards and processes when fulfilling customer requirements.
- For this role, it is important to have an overview of microprocessor systems and solutions, understand object-oriented programming principles, and be familiar with communication interfaces used in microprocessor solutions.
