The BI Reporting team at Gameloft is responsible for developing, validating, and deploying data and sales reports. They leverage various reporting tools and processes to enhance monetization strategies, balance game economies, improve retention, and boost user engagement through customer behavior and market analysis. As a Junior Sales Reporting Specialist, you will maintain active communication with internal departments and external partners, providing data-driven reports to support key decision-making within the company. This entry-level role in Bucharest offers an exciting challenge for talented individuals.
Must Have:
- Use internal reporting tools to generate sales and user behavior reports
- Structure data and prepare reports in Excel
- Use report-writing and analytical skills to turn data into meaningful business information
- Provide quality checks to assure data correctness
- Maintain documentation related to reports, personal tasks, and team procedures
- Communicate with international teams involved to assure the best analytics on set deadlines
- Set up and follow up with internal and external partners/departments if stats are in line with contracts signed
- Define metrics, dashboards, and reports based on client specifications

The BI Reporting team is responsible for the development, validation, and deployments of data/sales reports. We are using various reporting processes and tools in order to improve monetization strategy, economy balancing, retention, user engagement and various game features, through customer behavior and market analysis.
A Reporter is responsible to keep an active communication with all the other internal departments and external partners (if needed), through constant data-driven reports, in order to improve and support decision making in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Use our internal reporting tools to generate sales and user behavior reports;
- Structure data and prepare reports in Excel; use the report-writing and analytical skills to turn the data in meaningful business information;
- Provide quality checks in order to assure data correctness;
- Maintain documentation related to reports, personal tasks and team procedures;
- Communicate with international teams involved, in order to assure the best analytics, on the set deadlines.
- Set up and follow up, with internal and external partners/departments if stats are in line with the contracts signed;

- Define metrics, dashboards and reports, based on client specifications, to evaluate the game's or partners performances;
