The Recruitment & Attraction team at PwC Poland is looking for a Junior Sourcing Specialist to discover and build relationships with talent. This role involves supporting recruitment for key positions in finance and technology, actively shaping teams and organizational development. The specialist will be responsible for candidate sourcing, market analysis, database management, and screening interviews, contributing to a passionate and autonomous team.
Must have:
  • Responsible for candidate sourcing process using various sources (Direct Search, X-ray search, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters on sourcing strategy
  • Prepare market analyses and mappings
  • Build and manage candidate database
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews
  • Regular reporting and analysis of sourcing activities
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries for projects
  • Close cooperation with Hiring Managers and business partners
  • Schedule recruitment meetings
  • Data entry and administration in the system
  • Participate in HR team projects
  • Maintain trackers and summaries of work status

The Recruitment & Attraction team at PwC Poland consists of 50 recruitment specialists. Our daily work primarily involves working with people. We coordinate recruitment processes in the broadly defined areas of finance, law, and technology. We automate our systems, change processes to ensure the highest quality candidate experience, and conduct training for the business on what we do best: recruitment.

Junior Recruitment Specialist (Sourcing)

You will support recruitment for key positions in finance and technology, having a real impact on how we shape our teams and develop the organization.

Your future role:

  • Responsibility for the candidate sourcing process through various sourcing channels (Direct Search, X-ray search, etc.),
  • Cooperation with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and responsibility for the sourcing strategy for a given recruitment process,
  • Preparation of market analyses and mappings,
  • Building and managing a candidate database, ensuring its up-to-dateness and completeness,
  • Conducting interviews with candidates (screening interviews) and assessing their fit for the role and organizational culture,
  • Regular reporting of sourcing activity results and analysis of the effectiveness of undertaken actions,
  • Preparation of reports, analyses, and summaries regarding ongoing projects,
  • Close cooperation with Hiring Managers and business partners to understand departmental needs and identify the best candidates,
  • Scheduling recruitment meetings,
  • Entering data into the system and administering it,
  • Participation in HR team projects,
  • Maintaining trackers and summaries regarding work status.

Apply if:

  • You have initial experience in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including knowledge of LinkedIn Premium, X-Ray Search, and other sourcing methods,
  • You can analyze candidate profiles in terms of fit for the role, competencies, and development potential,
  • You have experience in conducting direct interviews with candidates and can assess candidate motivation and fit for the organizational culture,
  • You know LinkedIn, not only as a sourcing tool but also as a platform for building image and managing relationships with candidates,
  • You can prepare summaries and reports for the business, clearly communicating work status, challenges, and recommendations,
  • You have a very good knowledge of English,
  • You are a responsible and well-organized person,
  • You can effectively build relationships and cooperate with various stakeholders in the recruitment process.
