Job Description

As a Partner Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. You will lead and inspire a team, coaching them to leverage their strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations. This role involves identifying opportunities for firm success, leading with integrity, and embracing technology. You will act as an Ethics & Compliance manager for PwC US and Mexico partners, guiding them on various compliance topics and ensuring quality and on-time delivery of team outputs.
Must have:
  • Act as an Ethics & Compliance manager to PwC US and Mexico partners.
  • Manage a team providing guidance on Ethics & Compliance topics.
  • Monitor and support team members in completing incoming tasks.
  • Ensure quality and on-time delivery of outputs.
  • Collate and distribute metrics.
  • Ensure process delivery and SLA compliance.
  • Responsible for process and operational escalations to various locations.
  • Manage second-level process-related escalations and ensure accuracy and validity of metrics.
  • Ensure that team member/team lead time is reported accurately.
  • Facilitate training as necessary.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments.
  • Identify and make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements.
  • Take action to stay current with new and evolving technology.
  • Use tools, techniques and firm standard methodologies to support research, analysis and problem solving.
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.
  • Communicate with empathy and adapt communication style to meet the needs of the situation and audience.
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders effectively.
  • Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Identify problems before crises arise, notifying leadership and proposing solutions proactively.
  • Demonstrate agility and reprioritizing's in response to changing situations.
  • Promote an atmosphere of trust, confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.
  • Availability to support the US EST time zone (8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing (English/Spanish).
  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply rules, policies and procedures to routine decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on ad hoc assignments while also executing daily responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively in an environment with evolving deadlines and priorities.
  • Proven thorough, detailed follow-up, administrative and time management skills.
  • Proven people management and development skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, other reporting tools, and financial products.
  • Understand the importance of correct information management, Information Security and Data Protection.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Power BI.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an Ethics & Compliance manager to PwC US and Mexico partners by managing a team who provides guidance and assistance on Ethics & Compliance topics, such as personal independence, core compliance requirements and other topical areas covered by knowledge base documents and internal systems (investments portfolio, automated investment recording system, learning and development, CPA licensing, CPE compliance).
  • Monitor and support team members in completing incoming tasks.
  • Ensure quality and on-time delivery of outputs.
  • Collate and distribute metrics. Provide support and clarification to the team members.
  • Ensure process delivery and SLA compliance.
  • Responsible for process and operational escalations to various locations, including PwC US.
  • Manage second-level process-related escalations and ensure accuracy and validity of metrics.
  • Ensure that team member/team lead time is reported accurately and complies with reporting deadlines.
  • Facilitate training as necessary.
