Job Description
The job involves monitoring application health, managing incidents and problems using Service Now, and troubleshooting. The candidate should have strong communication and collaboration skills to manage users, vendors, and work with cross-functional teams. They must assess the impact of production issues, escalate to technology partners, and resolve them quickly. The role requires operating with limited supervision in a time-sensitive environment.

Job Description
- Application Health check monitoring, Incident Management / Problem Management using Service Now
- Good understanding of Jira/Confluence
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal communication/collaboration skills and ability to manage user/vendor/customer and to work with cross functional teams
- Ability to assess the impact of production issues & escalate to relevant technology partners and get it resolved at the earliest during extremely time critical regulatory commitments
- Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision & in a time sensitive environment
