Candidates should have over 3 years of gaming industry experience, including at least 1 year in a Senior role on a stylized project, and a portfolio showcasing stylized game-ready assets.

Must Have

• Over 3 years of experience in the gaming industry

• Hard Surface modeling and sculpting skills
• Texturing skills of stylized objects, knowledge of PBR pipelines
• Willingness to share expertise with team members
• Experience in modeling and texturing assets of varying complexity
• Understanding the full cycle of asset production from blockout to optimization
• Understanding the principles of optimizing game-ready models
• Ability to reliably convey properties of different materials (organic and solid-state)
• Desire to improve skills
• Understanding the role of feedback in large projects
• A portfolio with stylized game-ready assets

Responsibilities:

• Create stylized game-ready assets: a full cycle from blockout to texturing.
• Analyze technical specifications, choose references, and collaborate with the client to find visual solutions, building pipelines to meet technical requirements.
• Monitor the quality and deadlines of your tasks.
• Hold regular meetings with the team.
• Configure and verify the results of the team's work in the engine.
