Lead 3D Artist (Stylized Props)

We are looking for a Lead 3D Artist who has a high level of artistic and sculpting skills. You will create Stylized Props together with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Create stylized game-ready assets: a full cycle from blockout to texturing.
• Analyze technical specifications, choose references, and collaborate with the client to find visual solutions, building pipelines to meet technical requirements.
• Monitor the quality and deadlines of your tasks.
• Hold regular meetings with the team.
• Configure and verify the results of the team's work in the engine.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Senior role on a stylized project.
• Hard Surface modeling and sculpting skills.
• Texturing skills of stylized objects, knowledge of PBR pipelines.
• Willingness to share expertise with team members.
• Experience in modeling and texturing assets of varying complexity.
• Understanding the full cycle of asset production from blockout to optimization.
• Understanding the principles of optimizing game-ready models.
• It is important to be able to reliably convey the properties and characteristics of different materials, both organic and solid —state surfaces.
• The desire to improve skills.
• Understanding the role of feedback in working on large projects.
• A portfolio with stylized game-ready assets.

Desirable Skills:

• Workflow optimization skills.
• Experience working with engines (integrating models, customizing textures and materials).
• English level - Intermediate or higher.
