We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Architect with over 15 years of experience in Product Development and Architecture. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional to lead architectural discussions, drive innovation, and oversee the design and implementation of complex telecom solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals while fostering innovation and mentorship within the architecture team. Key responsibilities include leading architectural discussions, end-to-end solution ownership, defining technical vision, innovation and research, architectural alignment, team leadership, oversight and guidance, framework development, problem-solving, and strategic contribution.
Must have:
  • 15+ years of experience in Product Development and Architecture
  • Architecting, designing, and implementing complex systems in telecom
  • Define processes for technical platforms and system specifications
  • Hardware/software compatibility knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Experience leading and mentoring architecture teams
  • Knowledge of emerging telecom technologies
Good to have:
  • Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Expertise in Agile development methodologies

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Architect with over 15 years of experience in Product Development and Architecture. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional to lead architectural discussions, drive innovation, and oversee the design and implementation of complex telecom solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals while fostering innovation and mentorship within the architecture team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Architectural Discussions: Define and drive architectural decisions for telecom product development by collaborating with stakeholders to establish and document solution requirements.
  • End-to-End Solution Ownership: Architect, design, and document complex systems, ensuring seamless integration of CSG and third-party products.
  • Technical Vision: Define and communicate the overall technical vision and solutions architecture, aligning with business objectives.
  • Innovation and Research: Identify and drive innovation opportunities, researching emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
  • Architectural Alignment: Ensure architectural solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the architecture team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Oversight and Guidance: Conduct architectural reviews, guide development teams, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Framework Development: Design frameworks, systems, and processes that establish compatibility across hardware and software platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Strategic Contribution: Influence the development of future products by contributing to architectural frameworks used across multiple systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Development and Architecture with a strong focus on architecture and technology leadership, preferably Telecom.
  • Proven expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing complex systems in a telecom environment.
  • Exceptional ability to define processes for technical platforms and system specifications.
  • Deep understanding of hardware/software compatibility, system interfaces, and business application prototypes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a track record of resolving system design challenges.
  • Effective communicator capable of articulating technical vision to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and mentoring architecture teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging telecom technologies and trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in Agile development methodologies and tools.
