Job Description

Sprinklr is the definitive, AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM), empowering brands to deliver extraordinary experiences at scale across every customer touchpoint. This role involves owning a product module from requirements to delivery, collaborating with Senior PMs on cross-platform strategies, acting as a product consultant for global brands, leveraging product usage data for insights, and improving product adoption by establishing best practices.
Must Have:
  • Own a module within the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, development, go-to-market, support, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Senior PMs to define cross-platform product strategies and gain exposure to various Sprinklr products.
  • Act as a product consultant, engaging with top global brands to understand their business use cases and configure Sprinklr products to solve their challenges efficiently.
  • Leverage product usage data to identify customer pain points and recommend solutions.
  • Work on improving product adoption across brands by establishing industry-best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data quickly and extract relevant insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to map client needs to concrete solutions.
  • Proven experience in developing product and marketing strategies and communicating recommendations to executive management.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities
