Reflector Entertainment is seeking a Lead Character Artist for a hybrid, full-time position in Montreal, QC. This role involves leading and mentoring a 14-person character modeling team, organizing tasks to meet deadlines, and overseeing the creation of high-quality 3D character models in Unreal Engine 5 for an iconic Bandai Namco franchise. Candidates should have a minimum of six years of character artist experience and one year of management experience in the video game industry, along with a solid understanding of French.
Must Have:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire members of the character modeling team, fostering growth and team spirit.
  • Organize and prioritize the team's tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is achieved.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality 3D character models in Unreal Engine 5.
  • A solid understanding of the French language.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience as a character artist in the video game industry.
  • A minimum of one year of management experience within the video game industry.
