SimCorp is seeking a skilled Meeting Rooms & Conferencing Administrator to manage and optimize meeting room and conferencing setups in a global environment. The role involves maintaining and improving existing setups, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for Teams Rooms, Cisco, and Webex communication systems. This position also includes acting as a backup to the Intune Administrator, managing the Microsoft Intune environment, and troubleshooting issues related to Intune and Windows clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with meeting room technology and Intune management, a systems thinking approach, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

At SimCorp, we support some of the biggest financial institutions in the world to be successful by simplifying their investments, accounting, and operations. Currently SimCorp is transforming the way we deliver services to our clients.

We are seeking a skilled Meeting Rooms & Conferencing Administrator to manage and optimize our meeting room and conferencing setups as part of a global environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous enhancement of our meeting room technology. This includes maintaining and improving existing setups, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for Teams Rooms, Cisco, and Webex communication systems. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a seamless user experience and adherence to global standards.

In addition, you will act as a backup to our Intune Administrator, who manages our Microsoft Intune environment. This role may involve approximately 20% support coverage for Intune administration, depending on business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Manage and optimize meeting rooms and conferencing setups, including Cisco meeting rooms, Webex, and Teams Rooms
  • Enforce best practices for meeting room technology management
  • Maintain and improve configurations and ensure compliance of meeting room systems
  • Plan and execute global upgrades for meeting room technology with minimal disruption
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to meeting room technology and communication platforms
  • Act as secondary responsible for Microsoft Intune administration, including:
  • Managing and optimizing the Intune environment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Intune and Windows clients
