At SimCorp, we support some of the biggest financial institutions in the world to be successful by simplifying their investments, accounting, and operations. Currently SimCorp is transforming the way we deliver services to our clients.
We are seeking a skilled Meeting Rooms & Conferencing Administrator to manage and optimize our meeting room and conferencing setups as part of a global environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous enhancement of our meeting room technology. This includes maintaining and improving existing setups, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for Teams Rooms, Cisco, and Webex communication systems. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a seamless user experience and adherence to global standards.
In addition, you will act as a backup to our Intune Administrator, who manages our Microsoft Intune environment. This role may involve approximately 20% support coverage for Intune administration, depending on business needs.
If you have practical experience in both meeting room technology and Intune management, we would be happy to hear from you!
