Job Description

As a Lead Product Analyst at InMobi, you will analyze complex datasets to improve product performance and advertiser outcomes. You'll provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product decisions, conduct exploratory data analysis to identify new features, and develop performance measurement frameworks for A/B testing and model evaluations. Collaboration with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams is crucial to drive business value. You'll also drive adoption of tools like PowerBI and log-based data analysis. This role requires strong statistical and predictive modeling skills, including A/B testing, and proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerBI.

What will you be doing?

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive insights that improve product performance and advertiser outcomes
  • Support product decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify new features and signals that improve the DS models
  • Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks for A/B testing, feature rollouts, and model evaluations
  • Partner with Product, Data science, Engineering & Business teams and ensure we drive actual business value
  • Drive adoption of tools and methodologies like PowerBI, log-based data analysis, and experimental statistics.

What are we looking for?
Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with stakeholder teams ( Product, DS, Engineering, Business) to prioritize and deliver innovative solutions across projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information and analysis results effectively to technical and less technical stakeholders
  • Have an interest in data, metrics, analysis, and trends from the mindset of helping a customer-centric business. Know when to apply statistical measurement vs 80-20 analysis for business growth.
  • Strong foundation in statistics and predictive modeling, including A/B testing.
  • 5+ years of overall work experience within a Tech/Analytics/Start ups
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a product analyst, business analyst or statistical analyst role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, PowerBI
