Job Description

InMobi is seeking a Corporate and Employer Brand Manager to own and grow its global brand. This role involves shaping InMobi's visual and auditory identity, developing programs to attract and retain top talent, and managing communications across various platforms. The manager will lead global product launches and engineering summits, ensuring consistent messaging and world-class execution. The ideal candidate will be a builder and storyteller, adept at leveraging AI tools and cultural trends to keep the brand ahead of the conversation, while tracking awareness and engagement to demonstrate business impact.

Set the tone across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and whatever the next big platform is. Experiment with AI tools, emerging formats, and cultural moments. See trends early, plug in fast, and keep the brand ahead of the conversation.

Lead communication around our biggest moments from global AI product launches to large-scale engineering summits. Ensure every launch, event, and press moment feels world-class and on brand.

Run a tight, well-oiled communication machine. Make sure every message, whether for talent, tech communities, or industry partners, is timely, on voice, and backed by great creative.

Track awareness, engagement, and talent outcomes. Use data and insight to sharpen campaigns and demonstrate real business impact. Push yourself and the brand to go bigger every quarter.

What You Bring:

  • 6–10 years in brand, marketing, communications, ideally in high-growth tech or product-led companies.
  • Strategic thinking with a maker’s mindset. You write, brief, build, analyze, and you know when to zoom out.
  • Curiosity for what’s next: AI tools, creative platforms, cultural shifts. You experiment early and learn fast.
  • Confidence to work directly with founders and senior leaders, while bringing a strong independent point of view.
  • Drive to build systems, processes, and creative ideas that scale globally.
