We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our BuyerHub platform – the buy-side hub for programmatic deals and audience activation. This role demands strategic vision, technical depth, and strong execution. You will own the roadmap for BuyerHub, driving initiatives that improve how advertisers and partners create and manage deals at scale. Success in this role means balancing user experience (for agencies/brands), platform performance, and business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and commercial orgs to deliver innovative solutions for omni-channel advertising (web, mobile, CTV) along with building multiple additional platforms for planning, reporting and forecasting.

What You’ll Own

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for BuyerHub, including omni-channel expansion (e.g. integrating Web & CTV deals) and advanced targeting features and building deal planning, reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Feature Development: Partner closely with UX and engineering to conceptualize, spec, and launch new features that delight users and drive revenue.
  • Platform Optimization: Continuously improve BuyerHub’s scalability and efficiency – reducing latency, enhancing stability, and ensuring compatibility across devices and integrations.
  • Data-Driven Prioritization: Leverage data, research, and client feedback to identify product opportunities. For example, analyze deal performance metrics and user behavior to inform backlog priorities – such as noticing adoption of certain audience segments or partner deals and capitalizing on those insights. You’ll balance quick wins with strategic investments, using experiments and feedback loops to guide decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with go-to-market teams (Sales, Account Managers, Solutions Engineering) to drive adoption and success of BuyerHub features globally. You will translate product changes for internal teams, conduct trainings or demos, and incorporate market feedback. You’ll also serve as a key product liaison for external partners and clients, ensuring their needs inform our roadmap
  • KPIs Ownership: Own and move the needle on product KPIs – for BuyerHub this could include deal volume, spend throughput, partner activation, and platform uptime. You’ll define targets (e.g. quarterly deal revenue goals) and work with analytics teams to monitor progress. If a metric is off, you dive in to understand why and rally the team on corrective action (for instance, if self-serve deal adoption lags in a region, investigate and drive an initiative to improve it).

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in product management (6–10 years), with experience delivering complex B2B or platform products. Background in ad tech or programmatic advertising is a strong plus (understanding of DSPs, exchanges, deal mechanics).
  • Strong ownership and execution drive at scale: you have led initiatives that operate at high volume or traffic.
  • Strategic thinking + attention to detail: ability to craft a vision and write detailed specs/PRDs. You can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to ensure quality of every release. Examples of writing strategy documents or driving roadmaps will be expected.
  • Excellent analytical skills – comfortable with data analytics and A/B testing to inform decisions. You can dive into metrics to evaluate feature impact or diagnose issues (e.g. analyzing why a certain deal type underperformed in a region). Proficiency with data tools or SQL is a plus.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and leadership: proven ability to work with engineers, designers, data scientists, and sales teams. You communicate clearly across disciplines and have led cross-team projects to successful outcomes. (In this role, you’ll coordinate with geographically distributed teams, so strong project management and communication skills are a must.)
  • User empathy and communication: keen product sense with a user-first mindset. Ability to understand the challenges of our buyers (advertisers/agencies) and translate that into delightful product experiences. Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences (you’ll often explain our platform to external partners or write internal updates).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain expertise: Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly programmatic deals and audience targeting. Familiarity with concepts like private marketplace deals, data onboarding (e.g. third-party segments), and ad serving performance metrics (CTR, viewability, etc.).
  • Technical acumen: Experience with real-time platforms, APIs, and integrations. You don’t need to code (though that’s a plus), but you should be able to discuss architecture trade-offs, understand API documentation, and dive into logs/outputs when needed. Experience working on ad platforms or exchanges or high-frequency transaction systems is ideal.
  • Global product experience: Prior exposure to launching or managing products across multiple markets or regions. BuyerHub serves global clients (demand-side users worldwide), so understanding localization, compliance (privacy regulations), and regional market dynamics will help.
  • Adaptability and innovation: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements. The adtech market evolves quickly – e.g., new privacy standards or identifier changes – and a great PM embraces continuous learning and adaptation. Experience in an agile startup-like environment within a larger company is beneficial.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience. An MBA or advanced degree can be a plus but is not required.

Why Join Us?

  • High-Impact Role: This is a core leadership position driving a flagship product at InMobi. BuyerHub is at the heart of our growth strategy – in this role, your work will directly influence revenue trajectory. You’ll own a high-impact charter and get visible recognition for wins
  • Cutting-Edge Products: You’ll be solving first-of-their-kind challenges in the industry – from scaling a deals platform across channels to integrating AI-driven targeting. If you’re excited by building innovative ad solutions (like AI-generated categories, outcome-based buying) and seeing them through from concept to adoption, this role provides that canvas.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a talented, passionate team that values ownership, fast iteration, and teamwork. We operate with a startup mindset – you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, experiment, and move quickly, while being backed by the resources and expertise of a global company. Expect a supportive environment where everyone is driven to achieve collective goals and help each other grow.
  • Global Exposure and Growth: Work with and learn from cross-functional experts across multiple geographies – from our development hubs to sales offices worldwide. You’ll engage with major clients and partners, gaining valuable experience in client management and strategy. InMobi also offers strong career growth paths; success in this role could fast-track to Director-level opportunities as we scale.
