  • Create compelling internal and external commercial team collateral and training materials.
  • Master's degree + 3 years experience OR Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience in related field.
  • Experience in B2B Product GTM, Operational GTM, Product Marketing, or Product Commercialization Strategy within payments/financial services.
  • Experience bringing an AI/ML-based product to market.

Job Duties: Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies and product launch plans across multiple distribution channels, leveraging cross-functional teams in partnership with critical internal and external stakeholders. Drive the success of go-to-market initiatives, demonstrating a clear impact on product adoption, revenue metrics, and retention strategies using experience in B2B Product GTM, Operational GTM, Product Marketing, and/or Product Commercialization Strategy within the payments or financial services industry. Maximize revenue acceleration by building scalable product adoption strategies and maximize revenue protection by building scalable product retention strategies via analysis of global market trends, cultural contexts, commercial operation requirements, and client segment needs across industries. Own the product narrative, articulate compelling value propositions for partners, merchants, and consumers, translate product features into customer-centric messaging frameworks, and lead the development of commercialization collateral and learning agendas to guide sales, marketing, integrations, servicing, and operational teams. Advocate for customer needs and problem statements within the product organization, driving customer-centric product development and roadmap prioritization. Identify and gather customer feedback on an ongoing basis, effectively "translating" it into actionable insights and market requirements for product and commercial teams. Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering closely with product teams (Checkout, Merchant and Partner Platforms), sales, marketing, integrations, servicing, and operations leadership to ensure seamless product launches and merchant adoption/retention of new checkout and personalization products using experience bringing an AI/ML-based product to market. Lead Checkout (XO) and Personalization innovation initiatives, contributing to the transformation of the checkout and payments landscape. Create compelling internal and external commercial team collateral and training materials that empowers cross-functional client-facing teams to close deals and service clients. Partial telecommuting is permitted from within a commutable distance.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Communications, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Communications, or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

  • Experience with Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development, Multifaceted Product Distribution Strategy Development, and Sales Enablement & Training (2 years with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree);
  • Experience with Data Analytics & Market Research, including using tools Tableau and Statista (or Datorama and Gartner), and at least one of the following: MRI, Simmons, NetBase, Qualtrix, or Quid (2 years with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree);
  • Experience with B2B Product Launch Planning, Cross-Functional Requirements Setting, and Deliverables Workstream Leadership (3 years with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree);
  • Experience with Data Visualization & Dashboarding: building dashboards and using visualization tools to track performance and insights (2 years);
  • Experience with Cross-Function Stakeholder Collaboration, Performance Measurement, Campaign Execution, Delivery Risk Assessments, De-Risk Decisioning Strategy (3 years with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree);
  • Experience with Competitive Benchmarking & Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping & Success Strategies (3 years with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree);
  • Experience with Customer-Centric Storytelling, Value-Based Product Positioning & Messaging Creation, and translating complex data insights into narratives (3 years with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree);
  • Experience with Content Creation for client Acquisition & Retention, Sales Training & Enablement, Servicing Training & Enablement (3 years with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree);
  • Experience with Senior/Executive Leadership Presentations in an eCommerce, Payments, or Technology Company (3 years with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree);
  • Experience in Project Management, Program Management, or similar, while managing multiple priorities simultaneously (3 years with a Master’s Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree);

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

Salary: $241,925.00-$300,500.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
