Lead SW Engineer (Embedded C/C++)

This role is for a Lead SW Engineer (Embedded C/C++) working on a project for a leading Tier 1 supplier and major American OEM. The project involves functional increments, new feature implementation, flaw removal, and application design optimization for an RFHM electronic module. Responsibilities include technical support, ensuring interface integrity, providing framework support, approving work products, tracking packages, running standups, and SW detailed design and integration.

Must Have

• Provide technical support to SW Engineers under his/her responsibility
• Responsible to ensure internal and external interfaces of the module
• Provide support on technical framework, tools, and process to SWEs to deliver project successfully
• Approve work products by SWEs and to ensure its quality
• Tracking of assigned work packages & status reporting
• Run daily standups and provide status
• Review and ensure activities of SWE are correctly performed
• SW Detailed Design responsible
• SW integration responsible

Project for one of leading Tier 1 suppliers and major American OEM. DXC is responsible for product functional increments that includes new feature implementation as well as removal of known flaws and optimization of application design. The RFHM is an electronic module which controls passive access and start functionality and communicates with other ECUs via CAN networks. High level functions of the RFHM are: › Passive entry › KeylessGo › Remote Keyless Entry › TPMS › Immobilizer › UDS diagnostic services › Low power management › Reflash over CAN

Must have

• >8 years of embedded software development
• >8 years of experience on C / C++ programming
• At least 2 years of Agile SW development experience
• Experience and understanding of Statemate Design Models
• Strong oral and communication skills
