This role is critical to our continued growth and transformation journey, supporting Commercial and Services business units. You will play a pivotal role in recruitment excellence and refining our TA service offering.
Must have:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across APAC
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business units on recruitment needs
  • Act as a strategic advisor/sparring partner to business leaders
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to shape and execute global hiring strategies
  • Partner with the Manila Regional TA Lead to co-lead regional hiring strategies
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to reduce time to fill and cost to hire
  • Work closely with relevant HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned
  • Lead sourcing efforts using your network, tools, and market insights
  • Participate in candidate assessments, including psychometric and technical evaluations
  • Contribute to regional and global TA initiatives and projects as needed

  • A mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with psychometric and technical assessments (e.g., SHL)

Why this role is important to us

We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a pivotal role in delivering our talent acquisition strategy across APAC and expanding our footprint in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the Philippines. This role is critical to our continued growth and transformation journey.

The role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, ensuring strong alignment with global TA strategy and leadership supporting predominantly our Commercial and Services business units across Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong & Manila.

As part of a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team, the Lead TA Partner will work closely with the Regional Senior Management & Local HR Business Partner teams to ensure alignment with regional priorities, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and elevate the talent acquisition experience across markets.

Based from Manila SimCorp has a high-performing Talent Acquisition team of 4 servicing Manila as a site and the regional countries across the region; you will play a pivotal role in the experience you bring around recruitment excellence, delivery capability and working with our Manila Regional TA Lead to continuously refine our TA service offering across APAC.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across APAC, with a focus on Professional Services, and Commercial APAC Market Unit business units.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business units on recruitment needs, talent acquisition strategy, and process development
  • Act as a strategic advisor/sparring partner to business leaders, supporting complex hiring mandates, employer branding initiatives, and proactive talent pipelining
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to shape and execute global hiring strategies, ensuring regional alignment and contributing insights from the APAC market
  • Partner with the Manila Regional TA Lead to co-lead regional hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market-specific nuances.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to reduce time to fill and cost to hire while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with relevant HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with workforce planning, talent development, and organizational goals.
  • Lead sourcing efforts using your network, tools, and market insights to identify and engage top talent.
  • Participate in candidate assessments, including psychometric and technical evaluations (e.g., SHL).
  • Contribute to regional and global TA initiatives and projects as needed.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on APAC markets with preferable experience within Financial Services / Investment Management.
  • A mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, including hiring policies and recruitment norms in Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and the credibility to influence hiring managers as a trusted advisor-grounded in deep market insight and recruitment expertise.
  • Outstanding sourcing and headhunting capabilities, with a proven ability to proactively identify, engage, and convert niche and hard-to-find talent, leveraging creative search strategies, market intelligence, and a strong personal network to build high-quality pipelines
  • Expertise in salary offer proposals, including understanding of compensation strategy, compa-ratio, internal parity, and market competitiveness.
  • High attention to detail and operational excellence in administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in Workday logistics, job postings, candidate tracking, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making—enabling you to interpret recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks in the hiring process, and continuously optimize sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and time-to-fill outcomes.
  • Maturity, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership, highly collaborative, dependable, and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, even when navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the additional ability to be autonomous and self-sufficient when required.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with psychometric and technical assessments (e.g., SHL) is advantageous.
