Lead Unreal Engine Programmer (Contractor - 6 months)

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Lead Unreal Engine Programmer to help define the technical vision and foundation of an upcoming PC & console title built in Unreal Engine 5. You will lead a small Engineering team, set up core architecture, and work closely with design and art to deliver a high-quality playable build. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and implement core technical architecture (UE5).
• Lead and mentor a small programming team.
• Oversee multiplayer, AI, and systems development.
• Collaborate with design and art leads on key features

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in Unreal Engine programming (UE4/5)
• Solid experience with C++ and gameplay/network architecture
• Shipped at least one mid-to-large scale game or demo
• Previous team leadership experience preferred
