The Lemon8 Content & Creator Operation Specialist role focuses on growing engaging content within specific lifestyle categories (economics, education, work, health, and emotional well-being). Responsibilities include developing content strategies, identifying and managing creators, and launching new content categories to differentiate Lemon8. This involves trend analysis, event planning, creator acquisition, training, and support, leveraging data analysis to understand user needs and market trends. The ideal candidate possesses experience in social media operations, creator management, or digital marketing, coupled with deep knowledge in at least one of the target categories and familiarity with women's lifestyle trends. Proficiency in Japanese is required, with English or Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

Team Introduction Lemon8 is a lifestyle information community where users can post image and video contents. Lemon8 offers practical and attractive content from a wide variety of genres such as beauty, fashion, gourmet, travel, and living. Users can find a free, diverse, and life-size lifestyle that matches their interests, or a life longing that is one step ahead of them. Responsibilities 1. Content Strategy and Operations Increase the volume of popular content in categories related to economics (e.g., investing, saving money), education (e.g., studying, reading) work (e.g., workplace, side jobs, certifications), health (e.g., diet, physical and mental care), and emotional (e.g., relationships, love, marriage) through various operational means, including trend analysis and event planning. Increase user engagement and adherence by meeting the needs of users interested in the categories. 2. Creator Acquisition and Management Acquire partners (individual creators, agencies, etc.) who can post high quality content by understanding the characteristics and appeal of creators in the economy, education, work, health, and emotion-related categories. Provide training and management for creators and support for their success on Lemon8. 3. Development of New Categories We will develop and manage new categories that will differentiate Lemon8 from the competition and meet user demand, based on our understanding of the trends in mainstream social networking sites.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Experience in social networking operation, creator management, or digital marketing 2. Extensive knowledge in one of the following categories: economy, education, work, health, or emotional categories. 3. Familiarity with women's lifestyle demands, consumer behavior, and attitudes 4. Bachelor's degree (equivalent work experience is also acceptable) 5. Proficient in Japanese (business level or higher) Preferred Qualifications 1. Have a network of media and creators related to the economy, education, work, health and emotional industries 2. Good at data analysis and logical thinking, and able to extract certain trends and issues from data 3. Content production skills and successful experience in managing accounts on any social networking service. 4. Ability to produce business documents (PowerPoint, Excel) or be good at editing images and videos 5. Experience living abroad and at least business-level proficiency in English or Chinese to communicate with internal stakeholders in China and other countries.
