- Collaborate with the data analysts and technical specialists to implement sophisticated campaign analysis mechanics and dashboards
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and report on key metrics including MAU, subscription conversions, retention rates, engagement rates, and overall lifecycle health
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand campaign effectiveness and user behavior patterns
- Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations and actionable strategies
Experience and Background:
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, marketing technology, or similar role at a consumer subscription business
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets (BigQuery experience strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Braze, Marketo, or MoEngage
- Ability to write templating code (Liquid, Jinja, or similar) for dynamic content personalization
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience developing automated, trigger-based notification strategies
- Experience with Kafka or event-streaming architectures
- Background in subscription-based businesses or consumer technology
- Familiarity with recommendation systems or personalization engines
- Experience with SatSig or similar product testing and experimentation tools
- You're constantly asking questions, digging into data, and seeking to understand user behavior and product opportunities
