Logistics Specialist

工作内容：

1. Identify problems with the current logistics flow and build an efficient operational flow

2. Coordinates and participates in both Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions. Prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment. Creates shipping documentation including bills of lading, shipping labels, and export paperwork. Leads communications within the Shipping/Receiving area.

3. Maintain inventory levels and organization of shipping paperwork through systems. -Performs a variety of duties to support the shipping department, warehouse and freight forwarder to assure on-time shipments.

4. Quality inspection management. -Preliminary quality confirmation and inspection of imported products, quality confirmation of domestically manufactured products

1. Experience with inventory management, Export-Shipping/Receiving background, export documents.

2. Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet target schedule..

3. Effective project management skills. Accurate operational work in line with deadlines

4. Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member.

5. Be self-motivated

6. Basic level Japanese  (business level preferred)
