Job Description

Responsible for generating cyclic packaging counts, tracking logistics routes, and monitoring optimal packaging levels within the reverse logistics process to ensure operational continuity in service plants. Key responsibilities include performing physical packaging counts, analyzing inventory levels to detect deviations, administering inventories, and collaborating with supervisors to resolve incidents. The role also involves planning and managing the plant's logistics program, calculating packaging needs for operational synergies, and ensuring continuous parts supply from suppliers. Generating key performance indicators (KPIs) and participating in monthly cyclic counts are also essential.

  • Participate in cyclic counts by permutation one Sunday a month
  • Analyze fluctuations between packaging fleet and physical inventory results
  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering
  • Specialty Area: Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Basic control of logistics flows and inventories
  • Proficiency in Excel for databases, graphs, and reports
  • Knowledge in production control and cyclic counts
  • Familiarity with packaging concepts and logistics tracking
  • Basic Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Operational data analysis
  • Interpretation of logistics indicators

Purpose of the Position

  • Analyze inventory levels and detect deviations or anomalies in the process.
  • Administer inventories and collaborate with operational supervisors to resolve incidents.
  • Plan and manage the plant's logistics program.
  • Calculate packaging needs to optimize operational synergies.
  • Ensure continuous supply of parts from suppliers to each service plant.
  • Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the operation.
  • Participate in cyclic counts by permutation one Sunday a month.

Required Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering
  • Specialty Area: Industrial Engineering or related field.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Basic control of logistics flows and inventories.
  • Proficiency in Excel for databases, graphs, and reports.
  • Knowledge in production control and cyclic counts.
  • Familiarity with packaging concepts and logistics tracking.

Technical Skills

  • Basic Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Operational data analysis.
  • Interpretation of logistics indicators.

Work Scheme

  • Modality: On-site.
  • Availability to work one Sunday a month for cyclic counts.
