Job Summary
As a Machine Learning Engineer at Pico, you'll optimize and deploy AI algorithms on Qualcomm chips, improving performance. You'll collaborate closely with Qualcomm, track technology trends, and provide technical suggestions. Responsibilities include following XR business developments, researching new technologies, and building the AI toolchain. You'll be involved in software and hardware collaborative design of the AI training system. The role requires proficiency in Python/C++, deep understanding of Qualcomm chip architecture, and experience optimizing AI algorithms for performance and efficiency.
Must Have

Job Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $194000 - $410000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
