Job Description

This is a role for an internship position in the Maintenance team in Monte Alto, SP, Brazil. The intern will support the maintenance area, which is crucial for maintaining service and productivity levels. They will ensure the machinery functions for daily operations. The intern will learn about processes within machining and robotics, working with the Lean team for continuous improvement. They will contribute to the organization's sustainability by learning about preventive, predictive, and corrective activities. The intern will participate in frequent interactions with Wabtec areas to develop presentation, negotiation, and influence skills. As an intern, they will support the progress of Maintenance and Production projects.

Must have:

Currently enrolled in Production Engineering or Administration.
Intermediate level Excel knowledge.
Basic English (desirable)
Knowledge of agile methodologies (desirable).

Você trabalhará no time de Manutenção do Site da Diafrag - Wabtec com pessoas extremamentes capacitadas, motivadas e que lideram o mercado motocicletas, automóveis e ferroviário.

Como você irá fazer a diferença?

Como estagiário do time de Manutenção no site da Diafrag - Wabtec , você será responsável por dar suporte à área da manutenção, que é de tamanha importância para manter o nível de atendimento e produtividade. Além de garantir o funcionamento do maquinário para nossa execução diária.

Você aprenderá sobre processos dentro de maquinários de usinagem, robótica que atuam junto com os time de Lean – melhoria continua e será capaz de contribuir para a sustentabilidade da organização aprendendo sobre atividades preventivas, preditivas e corretivas quando necessárias.

Você participará de interações frequentes com diversas áreas da Wabtec proporcionando a habilidade de desenvolver suas habilidades de apresentação, negociação e influência.

Como Estagiário (a) de Manutenção você terá oportunidade de acompanhar e suportar o progresso dos projetos de Manutenção e Produção

O que queremos saber sobre você? Requisitos

Cursando Engenharia de produção ou Administração;
Conhecimento em excel - nível intermediário;
Inglês básico (desejável)
Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (desejável).

Como será o seu dia-a-dia? Atividades, rotina

O trabalho é presencial, em Monte-Alto, onde serão realizadas as principais atividades:

Suporte ao Time de Manutenção do site;
Contato frequente com diversas áreas da Wabtec;
Reportar dados fornecidos pelos colaboradores do departamento de Inovação;
Auxiliar na obtenção de Dados analíticos para o controle de estoque e elaboração dos KPI´s;
Garantir processos de emissão de solicitações de serviços bem como no controle de fechamento das mesmas;
Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas de entregas de serviços.
