Job Description

Maintenance Leader responsible for maintenance technicians, training, development, and ensuring their role is fulfilled. Responsible for the execution of maintenance and control of industrial equipment, review of their operating conditions, fault attention, data analysis from equipment measurement and inspection, and implementation of improvements to equipment and processes. Also provides administrative support to Sv.
Must have:
  • Preparation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Supervision of maintenance technicians, coordination of activities
  • Project coordination
  • Budget control
  • Problem solving and application of countermeasures
  • TSU or incomplete degree in electromechanics, electronics, industrial mechanics, electricity, robotics, mechatronics
  • 4 years of experience in the industry
  • Basic English
  • Ability to read technical manuals and documents in English
  • Residence in Aguascalientes
  • Availability to rotate shifts, work on Sundays and holidays

Job Details

Responsible for ensuring the execution of maintenance and control of industrial equipment, reviewing their operating conditions, attending to failures, analyzing data from equipment measurement and inspection, and implementing improvements to equipment and processes. Also responsible for the training and development of maintenance technicians and providing administrative support to Sv.

Experience in:

  • Preparation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Supervision of maintenance technicians, coordination of activities
  • Project coordination
  • Budget control
  • Problem solving and application of countermeasures

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate level Mitsubishi PLC handling
  • Knowledge of gearmotors and inverters
  • Pneumatics, Hydraulics, electrical control, electricity
  • Mechanics, tool use, industrial drawing

Personal Skills:

  • Leadership, teamwork, service attitude
  • Problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement
  • Organized, disciplined, mastery of 5s
  • Communication, healthy emotional management
  • Commitment to safety and quality

Education:

  • TSU or incomplete degree in electromechanics, electronics, industrial mechanics, electricity, robotics, mechatronics

Residence in Aguascalientes

Shift: Availability to rotate shifts, work on Sundays and holidays
