  • Design, implement, and maintain service standards (SOP).
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team, developing their commercial spirit.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and Bar Supervisor for harmony.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, resolving incidents effectively.
  • Manage reservations, special services, and event coordination.
  • Ensure proper condition of facilities, equipment, and service material.
  • Control inventories, manage purchases, and optimize resources.
  • Conduct daily briefings for team alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal protocols.
  • 1-3 years experience in luxury hotels or gastronomic restaurants.
  • Solid F&B knowledge, including mixology and oenology.
  • Commercial profile with demonstrable upselling experience.
  • Excellent presence, positive attitude, and ability to transmit knowledge.
  • Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills.
  • Advanced Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in office tools and F&B management software.
  • Availability for rotating shifts and high demand.

Job Description

Position Mission:

Ensure excellence in service and the experience of customers at Restaurante Tendiez, maximizing sales opportunities and providing an active commercial approach. Lead, motivate and train the front-of-house team, ensuring compliance with luxury standards and passionately conveying the brand's values.

Reporting to the F&B Operation Manager, their main functions include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service in line with Sofitel standards.
  • Be a commercial reference in the dining room, promoting active sales, upselling and promotional actions that increase turnover.
  • Design, implement and maintain service standards (SOP) together with the F&B Operation Manager.
  • Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team, enhancing their commercial spirit and developing their skills.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Bar Supervisor to ensure harmony between kitchen, bar and dining room.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty, anticipating their needs and resolving incidents effectively.
  • Manage reservations, organization of special services and coordination of events in the restaurant.
  • Ensure the correct condition of the facilities, equipment, uniforms and service material.
  • Control inventories, manage purchases and optimize department resources.
  • Conduct daily briefings to align the team on relevant hotel and service information.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PRL and internal company protocols.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions in luxury hotels or gastronomic restaurants.
  • Solid knowledge of F&B, with special appreciation for training in mixology and oenology.
  • Commercial profile with demonstrable experience in additional sales and upselling.
  • Excellent presence, positive attitude and ability to transmit knowledge.
  • Leadership skills, team management and effective communication.
  • Advanced Spanish and English (a third language will be valued).
  • Proficiency in office tools and F&B management software.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts and under high demand.
