Job Description

As a Major Incident Specialist Graduate, you will report to the Senior Manager Service Desk, providing crucial support for Major Incident Management. This includes status assessments, team engagement, whiteboard updates, and communications during major incidents. You will be the initial contact for system-generated events across CSG's environments. This is a full-time, 12-month 2025 Graduate Program based in the Cape Town office (at least 3 days a week), requiring rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays to cover USA hours. Ideal candidates are trusted team players, growth drivers, game changers, leaders, and strategists.
Must have:
  • Report to the Senior Manager Service Desk

  • Work variety of shifts to include weekends, holidays or extra shifts

  • BCom Information Systems , BSc Computer Science
  • Good verbal and written skills
