Job Summary
Masdar, established in 2006, is a global clean energy leader, transforming energy production and consumption through innovation. It is a clean energy investor, developer, and operator with a global project portfolio capacity exceeding 51 GW, targeting 100 GW by 2030. Jointly owned by TAQA, ADNOC, and Mubadala, Masdar drives renewable energy scale-up worldwide. The Manager, ADSW Communications will assist in implementing a communications strategy to raise ADSW's profile in the UAE and internationally, promote key messages, position it as a thought leadership platform, and increase attendee diversity for sustainability.
Must Have
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, mass media, marketing or related discipline
- 8-10 years of experience in senior roles in communications and content creations for large events or an equivalent experience
- Experience of working with international journalists
- Experience in the UAE gaining strong knowledge and understanding of local rules, regulations, systems and processes

Job Description
To assist the communications and ADSW teams in implementing a communications strategy designed to help raise the profile of ADSW in the UAE and internationally, promote ADSW key messages, position the event as a thought leadership platform, and ensure that ADSW becomes the event of choice for sustainability and increase the diversify of attendees.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, mass media, marketing or related discipline
Preferred Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in senior roles in communications and content creations for large events or an equivalent experience
- Experience of working with international journalists
