Job Description

Forescout is seeking a Manager, Business Development to lead and grow the BDR team in London, focusing on generating new logo pipeline and qualifying high-priority inbound leads. This role involves coaching new BDRs, ensuring attainment goals are met, collaborating with leadership across various departments, and optimizing the team's go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in EMEA, a strong understanding of cybersecurity, and a growth mindset.

What You Will Do:

You will be based in our London office where we currently leverage a hybrid model. You will lead our growing BDR team which is focused on generating new logo pipeline (outbound) while qualifying (Inbound) high priority leads such as demo requests, contact sales, etc. BDRs are the foundation to any sales organization and in today’s world, act as the first point of contact for customers and prospects. This leadership role is new within the organization and was created to fit our global growth.

What You Bring to Forescout:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a BDR Manager in EMEA and experience working for a global organization
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and exceeding attainment
  • Demonstrated history of inheriting, growing, and optimizing teams, processes, and operational initiatives
  • Experience in adopting onboarding frameworks and tailoring to region-specific business needs
  • Experience with Outreach, SFDC, and 6sense
  • Experience in SaaS is required and background in cyber is preferred
