Job Description

ShopMy is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Creator Growth Lead for its first UK hire. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle with creators, driving new creator adoption, and establishing the foundation for UK expansion. The successful candidate will develop the UK growth playbook, adapt messaging for the local market, attend industry events, and provide market insights to inform product and strategy decisions, ultimately helping creators grow their businesses.

  • 3–6 years experience in sales, partnerships, or creator/influencer management
  • Deep knowledge of the UK creator ecosystem

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable as the first hire in a new region

About the Role:

We are hiring our first Creator Growth Lead in the UK, a highly motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional who can both drive new creator adoption and establish the foundations for our UK expansion. This person will not only manage the end-to-end sales cycle with creators but also help shape our go-to-market strategy in the region.

Your Impact to the Role:

  • Own outreach, demos, and closing with creators in the UK.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline while also responding to inbound interest.
  • Develop the playbook for how we grow creator adoption in the UK.
  • Work cross-functionally with HQ to adapt messaging and campaigns to the UK market.
  • Attend industry events, building ShopMy’s brand presence locally.
  • Share market insights to help inform broader product and strategy decisions.

  • Diving into creator data and spotting trends that inform smarter growth strategies.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor — guiding creators on how to maximize their ShopMy presence and deepen brand partnerships.
  • Meeting (and exceeding!) goals — you’re motivated by targets and take pride in consistently hitting your numbers and pushing performance to the next level

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years experience in sales, partnerships, or creator/influencer management.

Salary information designates base salary exclusive of commission.

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
