Get to know the role
- Job Title: Manager, Global Print Production
- Job Summary: Develops and implements the company's production control function. The role will be responsible for setting goals and objectives to ensure overall integration of manufacturing and planning policies, processes, programs, and operational efficiencies. Ensures maximum utilization of available manufacturing capacity – labor, tools, and equipment. Processes all Trading Card Game (TCG) related manufacturing from initial concepting to final production completion through established supply chain, with a focus of success through metrics around quality standards, margin targets and on time delivery.

What you’ll do
- Responsible for planning, reviewing, and developing production procedures and personnel.
- Assign all Projects among team with a focus on workload balance by maintaining metrics around project timing and complexity.
- Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Supports Company initiatives with a focus on project planning and production efficiencies.
- Communicates to all internal stakeholders on risk mitigation and status updates around cost, delays and quality issues.
- Collaborates and supports team initiatives around Strategy, Sustainability and Quality.
What you’ll bring
- Five+ (5+) years of Printing or related Manufacturing experience, plus a minimum of one (1) year of management experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor a team to increase impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- ERP and Oracle experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excelling in developing professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to travel domestically quarterly and internationally annually.
Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $114,000.00 - $135,850.00. The full range is $114,000.00 - $171,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
