Job Summary

The Manager, Identity Governance Administration (IGA) will lead the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of IGA services across McDonald's global enterprise. This role requires an improvement-driven, analytical problem-solver with proven ability to engage cross-functional teams for continuous improvement. The manager will foster a diverse, positive, and growth-oriented team culture, promoting entrepreneurship and optimizing team velocity. They will ensure contributor tasks are completed, provide coaching, and collaborate with analysts and engineers to achieve optimal results and ROI.

Must Have

  • Lead project teams in partnership with IGA and McDonald’s cross-functional teams.
  • Provide stellar IGA user and stakeholder support.

  • Plan and evolve team to effectively support both contributor and department goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain SOPs, KB articles, and RACI charts.
  • Organize and facilitate cross-function process and product enhancements with stakeholders.
  • Ensure established processes, including change management and communications, are followed.
  • Effectively manage and report KPIs to IGA leadership.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading large project efforts.
  • Proactive with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate passion for inspiring and empowering people.
  • Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or cybersecurity concepts, processes, and/or solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT SDLC processes (agile and waterfall) and compliance requirements such as PCI and SOX.
  • Hands-on experience working in technical role.
  • Experience working on transformational projects.
  • Experience with IAM solutions such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Beyond Trust, CyberArk, Active Directory, and/or EntraID.

Job Description

Identity Goverance Administration (IGA) program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of provisioning and identity governance services across the global enterprise. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our leadership teams. We are currently searching for an experienced technology manager to join our team and help shape the team for success. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven, problem-solver with a sharp analytical mind and the proven ability to enroll cross-functional areas in order to achieve continuous improvement. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for re-enforcing the culture of inspiration and empowerment of a fast-paced and diverse team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the project teams in partnership with IGA and McDonald’s cross-functional teams
  • Provide stellar IGA user and stakeholder support
  • Foster a diverse team with a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented culture
  • Promote team health, encourage entrepreneurship while evangelizing individual strengths for optimizing team velocity
  • Promote process and tool best practices and optimization across programs and projects
  • Participate and collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure balance of optimal results and ROI
  • Ensure contributor tasks are carried out, providing coaching, counsel, and discipline as needed
  • Plan and evolve team to effectively support both contributor and department goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain Support Oriented Processes (SOPs), knowledge-based (KB) articles, and RACI charts
  • Organize and facilitate cross-function process and product enhancements with all applicable stakeholders for beneficial business and technology improvements
  • Ensure established processes, including change management and communications, are followed
  • Effectively manage and report KPIs to IGA leadership

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of people leadership experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading large project efforts
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or cybersecurity concepts, processes, and/or solutions is preferred
  • Familiarity with IT SDLC processes (agile and waterfall) and compliance requirements such as PCI and SOX are preferred
  • Hands-on experience working in technical role is preferred, but not required
  • Experience working on transformational projects is a plus
  • Proactive with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
