Manager On Duty Internship

Must Have

• Monitor guest satisfaction, quality, comfort, and safety
• Conduct control rounds and checks

• Studying HBO, preferably a hotel education

From January 2026, we have a great internship available in our cozy MOD team!

In your new role as Duty Manager, you continuously monitor satisfaction, quality, comfort and safety. You do this by conducting control rounds, performing checks and addressing colleagues. You are creative in coming up with solutions. If a problem arises, you must find a solution as quickly as possible. You are also the first point of contact for complaints. You speak to the guest and ensure that they leave the hotel satisfied. However, prevention is better than cure, so you like to pamper our guests by creating nice WOW moments for them.

• You are studying HBO, preferably a hotel education;
• You are flexibly deployable because as a Duty Manager you do not have a 9 to 5 job;
• You know how to keep a cool head, even during stressful situations;
• You are strong in communication, also in English;
• You are quality-oriented;
• You like to think 'outside the box' to give guests an unforgettable time;
• You don't think in problems, but you only see challenges and think in solutions;
• Preferably you already have some experience in hospitality.
