Job Description
As a PMO Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of company-level key projects, from business planning to product solutions, technical development, launch, business acceptance, and post-mortem closure. You will utilize professional project management methods and tools to ensure project goals are achieved, team efficiency is improved, project risks are controlled, and stakeholder expectations are managed. You will be a key driver of project success, helping product and technical teams work规范 and efficiently through standardization, process improvement, tool utilization, and digitalization. The role emphasizes managing projects end-to-end, controlling risks, solving problems, improving efficiency, managing resources, monitoring progress, reporting, and conducting project retrospectives to build practical project management experience.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering Management or related field.
- Over 5 years of project management experience in software/internet/IT industry.
- Over 3 years of PMO experience.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good data analysis capabilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Good to have:
- PMP/ACP/Pgmp/P2/SAFe/Scrum certification or other project management certifications.
- Familiarity with Scrum management tools like Jira/Confluence/Feishu/Zen Tao.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. 项目全生命周期管理：
• 负责公司级重点项目的管理，确保项目从规划到收尾的每个阶段都得到有效管控。
• 基于对项目目标和方案的深入理解，运用互联网研发模式，发挥跨部门协同能力。
2. 风险控制与问题解决：
• 负责项目风险控制，及时发现并跟踪解决影响项目进度的问题。
• 积极推动问题解决，确保项目按计划推进。
• 在复杂的内外部环境下，有效协调干系人并管理期望值。
3. 效率提升与资源管理：
• 通过标准化、流程化、工具化、数字化手段，提升产品研发团队的工作效率。
• 负责统计产品、技术团队的月度资源利用率，项目进展，研发成本分布。
4. 项目监控与报告：
• 制作项目研发进展跟踪图表，定期对项目进行过程呈现、效果复盘、阶段汇报。
• 为领导层提供决策支持，确保项目信息的透明度。
5. 项目复盘与经验沉淀：
• 负责项目复盘总结，沉淀项目管理实战经验。
• 赋能项目和团队，提升整体效率。
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
List the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the job in a fully competent manner
• 本科及以上学历，项目管理、计算机科学、工程管理或相关领域。
• 5年以上软件/互联网/IT行业项目管理工作经验，3年以上PMO工作经验。
• 强大的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够在多团队环境中有效工作。
• 出色的问题解决能力，能够在压力下保持冷静，有效推动项目进展。
• 良好的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动项目管理和决策。
• 有PMP/ACP/Pgmp/P2/SAFe/Scrum认证或其他项目管理认证者优先。
• 熟悉Jira/Confluence/飞书/禅道等Scrum管理工具，有使用经验者优先。
• 强烈的责任心和自我驱动力。
• 能够在快节奏和不断变化的环境中工作。
