Job Summary
This role at Instarem India, part of Nium, focuses on institutional sales. The professional will acquire, manage, and expand accounts like SMEs, IT/ITES firms, educational consultants, and travel companies. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with decision-makers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering customized forex solutions to meet organizational needs for international payments, foreign currency, and travel cards.
Must Have
- Identify and target new corporate clients and institutional accounts
- Deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage onboarding and maintain ongoing communication
- Prepare proposals and pricing
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company and corporate policies
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Track market trends and competitor actions
- Participate in industry events to expand market presence
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs and performance metrics
- Provide management with insights to support strategic decisions
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- 2–6 years of experience in forex sales, corporate sales, travel sales, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and contract management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

- Experience working with an AD II, or travel/education t firms is an added advantage

About the Role
The Institutional Sales professional is responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding institutional accounts such as SMEs, IT/ITES firms, educational consultants, and travel companies. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering customized forex solutions tailored to organizational needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target new corporate clients and institutional accounts; deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage onboarding, and maintain ongoing communication to understand and fulfill travel requirements
- Prepare proposals and pricing, coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and ensure compliance with company and corporate policies

Requirements
