Job Summary
The Sales Head will lead the overall HRMS sales strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure. This role involves building and managing a multi-tier sales team to achieve targets, creating go-to-market plans, and driving consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in HRMS/SaaS product sales, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role, possessing strong team leadership, client management, and communication skills.
Must Have
- Lead overall HRMS sales strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and manage a multi-tier sales team; ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Create go-to-market plans and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships across diverse industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution alignment and delivery.
- Track sales KPIs, monitor pipeline, and provide leadership insights.
- Ensure smooth client handover to implementation/support teams.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor positioning.
- Represent the company at events, client meetings, and product demos.
- Foster a performance-driven culture within the sales team.
- Personally manage strategic accounts and escalations when required.

- Experience selling to SMBs, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and SaaS-based solutions.
