HRMS_PerformanceTester

This role is for an HRMS Performance Tester with 3-5 years of experience, based in Pune, India. The primary responsibilities include hands-on performance testing using tools like JMeter, conducting root cause analysis of performance issues, and assessing various load tests. Candidates should have good knowledge of API, Database, and Network testing, proficiency in Java and Python, and basic understanding of ETL testing concepts. The role also involves building and managing performance test tools and workload simulation tools.

Must Have

• Good hands-on experience on Performance testing tool -JMeter
• Good understanding on Performance testing metrics
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and bottlenecks
• Understand how to assess load, stress, spike tests
• Good Knowledge in API, Database and Network testing using Postman, SOAP UI and Rest Assured
• Proficiency in Java and Python
• Basic knowledge in ETL Testing concepts
• Build and manage performance test tool (JMeter, K6) and workload simulation tool (Jenkins)
• Master all kinds of performance test

Good to Have

• Load runner tool knowledge
