Job Summary

This role involves influencing and advocating Intel-based products and solutions to key accounts within Japan's Telco (CoSP) and other industries. The executive will build C-suite relationships, drive transformational strategies, and work with partners to increase Intel architecture preference. Responsibilities include understanding customer technology landscapes, identifying growth opportunities, meeting revenue goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective collaboration and feedback management. This is a commissioned sales position.

Must Have

  • Influence and advocate Intel based products and solutions for Intel's business units.
  • Work with key named accounts in Japan Telco (CoSP) and other industry.
  • Build C-suite and senior executive relationships across enterprise customer team.
  • Own executive briefings and executive sponsorships.
  • Work with Intel resources and builder/partner sales teams to drive Intel based product purchases.
  • Own business and technical relationships with all partners calling on enterprise customers.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of customer's technology landscape and industry.
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer internally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed financial revenue and forecasting goals.
  • Gather customer feedback and establish recovery action plans.
  • Advise and contribute to joint marketing activities.
  • +10 years experience in IT industry and sales/sales related experience.
  • Basic understanding of Semiconductor and Semiconductor Business.
  • Fluent Japanese speaker and basic business English skillset.

Good to Have

  • Understanding of PC and Server business.
  • Experience of working with End Customer directly.
  • Experience of working with Customer Management or Executives.
  • Knowledge of AI and HW and SW technologies.
  • Knowledge of mobile and mobile infrastructure business and technologies.

  • Influences and advocates Intel based products and solutions for Intel's business units through a vertically oriented, solutions led approach to businesses and IT.
  • Works with a few named key accounts in Japan Telco (CoSP) and other industry, to drive transformational strategies with the customer and advocate preference for Intel architecture.
  • Builds c suite and senior executive relationships across their enterprise customer team, owns executive briefings and executive sponsorships.
  • Works with Intel resources, and builder/partner sales teams, to drive Intel based product purchases for industry customers.
  • Owns the business and technical relationships with all partners calling on our enterprise customers including original equipment manufacturers, cloud service providers, system integrators, and independent software vendors.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of their customer's technology landscape, and the industry, to drive optimized digital transformation and identify upselling/cross selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring all needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution.
  • Strives to meet and exceed financial revenue and forecasting goals for assigned accounts by winning tenders and end customer deals.
  • Gathers customer feedback of assigned accounts to understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.
  • Determines the root cause for issues/risks and establishes recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience.
  • Advises and contributes to joint marketing activities with their enterprise customers.

Note: This is a commissioned sales position.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • +10years experience in IT industry and sales/sales related experience
  • Basic understanding of Semiconductor and Semiconductor Business
  • Fluent Japanese speaker, and basic business English skillset
