Position Objective:
To provide analysis and research - based on data and evidence - statistical, mathematical, and market-based to anticipate opportunities, and provide input for timely, intelligent decision-making aligned with business objectives.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- Analyze data sets, industry trends, brand trends, competition, and category pricing to obtain relevant insights. Target profiling and market segmentation. Leveraging information for continuous innovation.
- Systematize, integrate, and optimize data systems to transform them into actionable market insights, detect market opportunities aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Develop and implement the annual market research and intelligence plan supported by: research, data, and statistical analysis.
- Development of a system for tracking brand performance in the market vs. competitive set.
- Design, development of intelligent market listening systems, including virtual environments and online platforms and various media, channels, and points of contact with users and stakeholders.
- Prepare dashboards and presentations to communicate main findings, comparative analyses, insights, all based on data to management for timely and informed business decision-making.
Experience, skills and knowledge
Essential/Exclusive:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Innovation and Development Engineering, Robotics and Intelligent Systems, Artificial Intelligence.
- English: B2 (intermediate).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Marketing, data analysis, database management, CRM - preferably Hubspot - and related areas.
- Development of approach, execution of market research, data tabulation, and presentation of results.
- Understanding and proper handling of Google Analytics for analysis and setup of consoles and dashboards.
- Use of tools such as Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, A/B testing.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel).
- Strong and solid knowledge of statistical techniques and analysis such as: regression, factor analysis, clustering, among others.
- Knowledge of different quantitative, qualitative, and digital research techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with AI applied to data analysis, databases, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams from: Digital, marketing, systems, finance, among others. Also collaboration with external teams from: suppliers, interdisciplinary research teams.
- Strong orientation towards analytical solutions for problem-solving, including database management (big data) and capacity for synthesis and differentiation of priorities.
