Position Objective:

Responsible for timely compliance with tax obligations, implementing strategies that optimize the company's tax burden.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

Federal Taxes

• Timely determine the amount of the company's tax burden corresponding to Income Tax and Value Added Tax and retentions to third parties.
• Timely submit information and declarations to the tax authority.
• Integrate the information requested by the tax authority for the processing of tax refunds and/or compensations.
• Preparation of informative, monthly and annual declarations.
• Determine the tax support for operations considered in the company's tax declarations.
• Preparation of the Tax Opinion.
• Submission of electronic accounting.
• Validate electronic invoice stamping.
• Transfer Pricing Study

Requirements from Tax and Labor Authorities:

• Timely attention and immediate evaluation of possible contingencies due to tax authority review.
• Integration and evaluation of delivery deadlines for requested information.
• Presentations and attention to information requirements for VAT Refunds.

Foreign Investments:

• Timely comply with the annual renewal of the Foreign Investment Registry.
• Inform the Directorate of Foreign Investments regarding modifications in its shareholding structure, legal representatives, etc.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

Essential/Exclusive:

• Knowledge in general accounting and taxes
• 100% knowledge of the SAT platform
• Integrations and analysis of collective accounts
• Fiscally updated
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in taxes
• English level B1

Desirable/Non-exclusive:

• Experience in the editorial sector.
• Focus on results.
• High analytical capacity.
• Effective communication.
