Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Engineer to own and optimize the full analytics pipeline from data ingestion and modeling in Redshift to the development of actionable Tableau dashboards that empower marketing stakeholders with insights. This role involves close collaboration with marketing operations, sales operations, data engineering, and analytics partners to ensure data quality, consistency, and to transform complex data into intuitive visualizations. The engineer will inform strategic decisions, drive pipeline growth, and measure performance across marketing programs, ultimately enhancing data-driven insights for the marketing team.
Must have:
  • Work closely with data engineering to build and maintain robust data pipelines in AWS and Redshift.
  • Develop and optimize data models and staging layers tailored to lifecycle and campaign performance KPIs.
  • Create, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards that deliver clear, compelling, and self-serviceable insights.
  • Translate business requirements into thoughtful, scalable visualizations.
  • Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and funnel progression.
  • Unlock new growth by building and/or updating existing predictive, attribution, and forecasting models.
  • Find opportunities for improvement in reporting; modify existing tools, techniques, or processes.
  • Partner with marketing and sales operations to translate reporting requirements into scalable data models and Tableau visualizations.
  • Partner with internal analytics and operations teams to standardize definitions and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Document data models, dashboard logic, and metric definitions.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years supporting marketing in a B2B SaaS business.
  • Proficient in SQL and data warehousing concepts, with hands-on experience building data models and pipelines in Redshift.
  • Strong Tableau skills, with a portfolio of dashboards used by marketing and executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, campaign performance, and digital channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into simple business narratives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Engineer to own and optimize the full analytics pipeline from data ingestion and modeling in Redshift to the development of actionable Tableau dashboards that empower marketing stakeholders with insights. As a key member of the Marketing Operations and Analytics team, this person will collaborate closely with marketing operations, sales operations, data engineering, and analytics partners, to ensure data quality and consistency, and to transform complex data into intuitive visualizations that inform strategic decisions, drive pipeline growth, and measure performance across marketing programs.

You’ll Get To:

  • Analytics Pipeline Ownership
  • Work closely with data engineering to build and maintain robust data pipelines in AWS and Redshift to source and process data for marketing analytics use cases
  • Develop and optimize data models and staging layers tailored to lifecycle and campaign performance KPIs
  • Dashboard and Reporting Development
  • Create, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards that deliver clear, compelling, and self-serviceable insights for marketing stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into thoughtful, scalable visualizations
  • Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and funnel progression across a range of channels including email, paid advertising, events and ABM.
  • Unlock new growth by building and/or updating existing predictive, attribution, and forecasting models to advise marketing decision making.
  • Find opportunities for improvement in reporting; modify existing tools, techniques, or processes to improve our data-driven partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with data engineering to align on source data ingestion, table structures, and governance
  • Partner with marketing and sales operations to translate reporting requirements into scalable data models and Tableau visualizations
  • Partner with internal analytics and operations teams to standardize definitions and ensure accurate reporting across systems
  • Document data models, dashboard logic, and metric definitions for internal users and analysts

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years supporting marketing in a B2B SaaS business
  • Proficient in SQL and data warehousing concepts, with hands-on experience building data models and pipelines in Redshift (or similar cloud data warehouse)
  • Strong Tableau skills, with a portfolio of dashboards used by marketing and executive stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, campaign performance, and digital channels
  • Experience working with large datasets, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into simple business narratives
