About the Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard, if you’re ready to be our Analytics Manager for GoFood. In this role, you will be part of the GoFood Marketing team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Managing marketing data, reporting and generating insightful information for business improvement. This role is crucial in data analytics, visualisation, reporting and insight generation.
What you will do
- Lead performance analysis, reporting, and problem solving for Food marketing performance for every campaign or periodical performance, across all various projects within Food Group
- Lead data collection needs and support data capability for digital marketing & CRM, also to collaborate with channel heads for process improvement
- Lead data visualization and dashboarding projects and develop processes with marketing analytics teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Develop and implement predictive models to understand and forecast user behavior and engagement. This involves utilizing statistical modeling techniques.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, product managers, marketing, and country teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
What you will need
- BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of working experience in the data analytics field, people management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, or Looker. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- High proficient in Descriptive Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Clustering analytics
- Data Management: Familiarity with data collection, storage, and management best practices.
- Strong business acumen and project management skills with successful experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- End to end the problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents
