This position requires a customer-focused, collaborative, and data-driven individual who can support sales channels with the necessary tools and collateral.

We are currently hiring for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role has a preference for candidates to be located in the Atlanta area, but will consider fully remote candidates with exceptional experience. 

In this role, you’ll help us move the needle by:

  • Managing the coordination, planning, and execution of industry tradeshows and Relatient sponsored events.
  • Tracking and managing key performance metrics for tradeshows to inform future planning and budget forecasting
  • Collaborating on building and optimizing Relatient’s go-to-market strategy and tactics to drive and pipeline growth
  • Managing Relatient social media calendar, partnering with key marketing stakeholders to plan week over week social posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Measuring the success of these posts and social media growth.
  • Overseeing project management for cross-functional marketing projects, monitoring deliverable due dates, and tracking status of key deliverables.
  • Developing and facilitating monthly marketing newsletter to keep commercial team informed and aligned on marketing events, campaigns and key tactics.
  • Working closely with client advisor team to develop client-facing content, updates, and new templates (presentations, product and event updates, Relatient news, and more) to help drive growth and client retention
  • Showcasing excellent and written communication; confident in developing and delivering presentations/PowerPoint for an executive audience
  • Managing multiple projects, seting your own direction, respond well under pressure, prioritize needs within short time frames and have a reputation for making the impossible possible.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis, and reporting back to the business on required changes.
  • Understanding and supporting our sales channels; communicating insights on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; developing internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
 

Core Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree is required. 
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.  
  • Serve as a trusted ‘go to’ thought partner for commercial team leadership  
  • Proven track record of working in a goal-oriented and self-directed environment  
  • Demonstrated ability to present information, written and orally, for maximum impact.  
  • Track record of identifying, managing, and mitigating, and solving for risk.  
  • Highly customer-focused, a great communicator, collaborator, storyteller, data-driven, and creative.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally while enabling our sales team with the best tools, training, collateral and social proof to succeed in the field. 

 

This role may require travel up to 10% based on position and organizational needs.


Pay & Perks:

For positions based in the U.S., the estimated salary range for this role is $55,000-$75,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
