Your Role at Relatient
The Implementation Client Operations Manager defines the requirements of the project, manages the project team, lays out a blue print for the entirety of the project including scope and parameters and serves as a product expert and process consultant for the client.
This position has a preferred location in the Greater Atlanta Area, but we are happy to consider candidates from other areas if they meet all of the requirements.
In this role, you’ll help us move the needle by:
- Overseeing the implementation of new software or technology that will improve efficiency in a client workplace
- Creating clear visibility into ongoing implementations with current status, dependencies, risks and timing expectations
- Serving as an external consultant/trusted advisor to identify initial opportunities, including design recommendations, to maximize our contribution to patient access and client success
- Working cross-functionally across geographically dispersed internal teams to resolve complex issues within designated time frames
- Having a key voice in developing better processes, tools and models that generate successful outcomes within the team and improve operational efficiency.
Core Experience Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree is required
- 3+ years of experience in project management in the information technology and healthcare sector, SaaS environment preferred.
- Proven work experience in project management in the information technology and healthcare sector using recognized PMI methodologies
- Proven ability to lead multiple, highly visible projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions.
- Has experience influencing internal and external stakeholders in order to drive success
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of software
- Experience with MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL helpful.

A Note on Travel:
This role may require travel up to 20% based on position and organizational needs.
Pay & Perks:
For positions based in the U.S., the estimated salary range for this role is $65,000-$95,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
