We are looking for an Interoperability Product Management Director to join our team.
In this role, you’ll:
- Be a subject matter expert of Relatient’s patient access solutions
- Partner closely with partners’ technical resources and other product management teams to ensure Dash solutions comprehensively interoperate addressing all required application workflows
- Produce detailed design of integration capabilities and required tools for use by client operations teams
- Work cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Client Engagement) to ensure our capabilities mature (Expected to handle 2-3 capabilities in parallel)
- Lead discussions with Clients (in Implementation and Client Engagement) to understand workings and improvement opportunities
- Work collaboratively with our clients, 3rd party partners, and engineering teams to prioritize and manage the development of new interoperability capabilities
- Gather feedback from internal and external sources to define new features, functionality, and solutions
- Document use cases and requirements documents that can easily be transformed into actionable user stories
- Create and maintain transparency into product development priorities, accomplishments, and work in progress
- Act as a cultural leader by working collaboratively and establishing effective relationships with offshore colleagues in addition to cross-functional teams and client representatives
- Serve as a mentor for junior Product team members
- Assist in the management of vendor partners to help drive overall product strategy as a combined suite consisting of in-house and 3rd party solutions
Core Experience Requirements
- BA or BS in computer science or related field or additional work experience in lieu of degree is required.
- 14+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth, SaaS environment
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment (a “roll up your sleeves” attitude)
- Ability to work comfortably in an evolving environment and convert ambiguity to clarity while managing multiple projects
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to think critically
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to establish priorities and achieve results
- Excellent people skills and ability to engage a broad set of stakeholders
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working on designing interoperability solutions with different Practice Management and Electronic Health Record systems preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working on different interoperability technologies, including HL7, API and FHIR preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in driving product development initiatives in a cross-functional (matrix organization) environment preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working with multi-geography teams preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with clients in a Sales or Implementation capacity preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with Engineers using Agile development methodologies preferred
- 3+ years of experience in translating business requirements to detailed design and documentation preferred

A Note on Travel:
This role may require travel up to 10% based on position and organizational needs.
Pay & Perks:
For positions based in the U.S., the estimated salary range for this role is $120,000-$170,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
