We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Creator Strategy & Operations Manager to support our mission
This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
As a Creator Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in operationalizing product adoption and supporting creator growth at scale. This role blends program execution, systems thinking, and direct creator engagement—ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who wants to deepen their strategy and ops skill set while staying close to the creator experience.
You’ll help run product pilots and adoption programs by identifying target creators, managing outreach and CRM workflows, and tracking success through reporting dashboards. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Creator Partnerships to ensure we’re building and executing scalable, insight-driven systems that support both creators and internal teams.
If you're excited about owning processes, connecting the dots across teams, and helping creators succeed using Patreon’s products—this role is for you.
Support the end-to-end execution of product adoption and growth pilots, including creator targeting, messaging, outreach strategy, and performance tracking
Work within our CRM to manage outreach workflows, ensure clean creator segmentation, and help evolve our tooling and integrations
Build reporting dashboards and program trackers that surface key metrics and performance insights for internal teams
Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative creator feedback to inform Product, Marketing, and go-to-market strategy
Develop operational processes and scalable infrastructure (e.g., templates, playbooks, documentation) to support repeatable pilot execution
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, messaging, and execution plans for creator-facing programs
Provide 1:1 support to select creators, offering growth consultations and product recommendations based on their goals and audience
This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, program management, or growth operations, who is passionate about helping creators succeed and enjoys getting in the weeds.
You have 3–6 years of experience in strategy/operations/program management role and/or customer-facing roles (e.g., creator success, partnerships, support, account management)
You’re detail-oriented and comfortable managing tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, dashboards, or workflow management systems
You have a strong sense of ownership and are excited to build and improve internal processes
You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and translating between creator needs and internal goals
You have a data-informed mindset and can identify patterns, test strategies, and adjust based on results
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll wear many hats—from sending outreach emails to jumping into creator calls to building reporting dashboards
