Job Description

IMC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their local recruitment operations team. This role supports the recruitment process from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include delivering a high-quality candidate experience, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, screening resumes, assisting with events, and updating the applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in recruiting or an administrative function, possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or administrative function
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
Good to have:
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Experience coordinating interviews (phone, video, onsite)

IMC is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the local recruitment operations team.  The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Your Core Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver a best in class recruiting experience for all candidates communicating professionally throughout the process
  • Coordinate and manage phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Support other recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, on-campus events, in-office events and candidate expenses
  • Maintain candidate status and distribute candidate evaluation forms in the applicant tracking system
  • Engage with internal teams outside of HR as needed (office management, facilities, etc.)
  • Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects, as needed

Your Skills and Experience: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or administrative function
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime if needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

The Base Salary range for the role is included below. $60,000 - $75,000 USD
