Job Description

The Tamayyaz Program is a Nationalization Development Program designed to equip Saudi talents with essential skills and knowledge for various hospitality professions through a blend of classroom learning and on-the-job training. We are seeking a highly competent and service-oriented Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our Front Office team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating positive guest experiences in line with organizational standards.
Must Have:
  • Professionally greet and check-in guests, ensuring a seamless arrival.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Execute check-out procedures, including accurate billing and secure payment collection.
  • Liaise with other departments to fulfill guest requirements and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events.
  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and special requests with precision.
  • Uphold high standards of organization, cleanliness, and presentation at the front desk.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks, including generating reports and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver superior service standards.
  • Strictly adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Little to no work experience (up to 6 months relevant experience).
  • Basic English skills are a must.
  • Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Is a team player.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.

Qualifications

  • Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
  • Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Basic English skills are a must.
  • Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
